WAYS OF GIVING

Bethany Hill School, a living and learning community ofneighbors, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph, is able to continue its mission only through the generosity of you, our faithful donors. Over the past fourteen years hundreds of people have passed through these doors and have been given "a hand up, not a hand out," because you have opened your heart and saw fit to share your resources with us.

Annual Fund

Donations made to our Annual Fund contribute directly to our day to day operating expenses…the money that makes it possible to keep the doors at BHS open! Your generosity makes it possible for us to provide timely upgrades to the apartment units, and in general, provide a safe, clean, healthy home for our residents. A donation to the Annual Fund can be made at any time, annually, monthly, or seasonally.

Memorials & Tributes

Memorials and Tributes are ways of remembering your friends with a gift made in their name, to Bethany Hill School. It is a wonderful way of honoring both the living (Tribute) and the dead (Memorial). Send us the name of your loved one and we will send a card to them (or the family) on your behalf acknowledging your thoughtful gift.

Sponsor a Family

Sponsoring a family (and 2/3 of the people living at BHS are under the age of 18) means that BHS will be able to continue offering safe, secure & subsidized housing to a family that is part of "the working poor" of Massachusetts. Donations do not go directly to an individual but rather allow BHS to provide rents that don't crush an already vulnerable population; free childcare as a parent studies for a GED, or takes a parenting class; a supervised children's room with books and toys; and a computer lab to give all residents equal footing in a technologically savvy world.
